Violette:

A delicate, sweet flavor that is experienced in concert by the taste buds and the nose. Reminiscent of French violet pastilles, but made more sophisticated by its affiliation with dark chocolate. Available in Noir.

Muguet:

A delightful way to enjoy the essence of Lily of the Valley and springtime year round.  Its sweetness is balanced by dark chocolate. Available in Noir.

Pain d'Épice:
The warmth and bite of ginger, cloves and cinnamon, the more intense heat of black pepper, the slight green and fresh taste of aniseed, and the sweetness of honey are all married in chocolate, evoking the ideal afternoon treat. Goes well with tea or coffee too.  Available in Noir and Lait.

Poivre Rose:
Peter Piper picked a peck of pink peppercorns, pronounced them pleasing to the palate, and passed them onto the pied pipers of Maison Bouche to pack into their new bars. Pleasingly hot and sweet. Available in Noir.

Cardamome et Citron de Sanguine

Glacée:

Sweet, perfumey and slightly spicy cardamom and candied blood orange peel. Available in Noir and Lait.

Les Diversités:

Absinthe:

Known as "la fée verte" or green fairy, absinthe has a colorful association with 19th century artists, as its "medicinal" properties - when drunk in prodigal amounts - were thought thought to inspire masterpieces.  Maison Bouche's own absinthe bar is made without the "medicine" or alcohol that led to its prolonged ban, but does contain the main herbs that give absinthe its distinctive herbal, licorice taste. Available in Noir.

Café:

For those who love mocha and café au lait. Available in Noir and Lait.

Les Croquants:

Amandes Pralinées:
Almonds are first caramelized, then broken and blended with the chocolate. Each bite contains a bit of crunch and a nutty sweetness. Available in Noir and Lait.

Sablés Croquants:
Crunchy butter cookies provide a thoroughly delectable eating bar. Available in Noir and Lait.

Crêpes Croquants:
Maison Bouche is ceaseless in its search for crunch.  Not content to rest with just butter cookies, caramelized almonds or crispy rice, we have found the most French crunch of all:  the crepe.  Baked and crumbled into a fine, sweet, delicate wisp of a confection. Available in Noir and Lait.

Riz Soufflé Caramélisé:

For those who like audible crunchiness in their bars, this is for the connoisseur of crunch. It is not enough that the rice is baked and airy; it's the further caramelization that lends the bar its signature satisfying snap. Available in Noir and Lait.

Vanille et Malt Croquants:

The crunch of malted milk blended with the sweet, complex, almost earthy taste of vanilla. Available in Noir and Lait.

Les Fruits:

Bergamote:
The citrus that gives Earl Grey tea its distinctive flavor is a bewitching enhancement that hovers between sweet and floral. Available in Lait.

Pamplemousse Rose:
For those who like to start the chocolate portion of their day with a fresh, tart citrus taste, this bar with the flavor of pink grapefruit is a decadent version of its breakfast counterpart. Available in Noir.

Tilleul:
A flowery and spicy bar scented with French lime leaves. Available in Noir.

Fraise des Bois:
Prized for their intense flavor, and brief, wild spring-time appearance in Alpine woods, these wild strawberries (or their spirits) are now captured in dark chocolate. Available in Noir.

Citron de Sanguine Glacée:
Italian candied blood orange peel is a welcome interruption in dark chocolate. Available in Noir.

Fleur de Pêcher:

The slight almond taste of a peach and the peach's own distinct flavor are perfectly married to the milky texture and taste of this ethereally sweet bar. Available in Lait.
